Step One: Design Process
Initial Design Meeting and Project Brief
Contact our Brisbane team today on 1800 326 936 to start the design process for your pool. We will arrange for one of our experienced, professional pool designers and landscape architects to meet with you on site. Here, we will be able to receive your brief, discuss your goals and answer any of your queries for your pool design and construction project.
Step Two: Design Process
Design and Scope of Works Presentation
Our Brisbane pool designers will return to you with a professionally itemised and detailed scope of works proposal. The proposal will include all of the options, prices, allowances and specifications listed. At this stage of the design process, we also present a virtual 3D design of your completed pool project. Our 3D designs include a swim through presentation, material recommendations and features and are the latest in pool design technology. It also includes a digital swim-through and a selection of still shots from different angles for your review.
Step Three: Design Process
Revisions of the Project Design, Specifications and Material Selection
At this stage of the design process, we will assess your feedback on the initial scope of works proposal. Our designers will modify the design and revise the proposal into a customised package. Our Brisbane pool builders will then update the project to integrate all of your feedback. Finally, we will send you a new 3D design and scope of works for your final approval. With the design process almost completed, it’s time to get your new in-ground pool ready for construction.
Step Three: Design Process
Project Engineering Design and Building Approval
From your acceptance of the updated 3D design and the updated scope of works proposal, the Ecozen team will submit the designs and plans to our engineers and certifiers for building approval and certification. This stage generally takes approximately three weeks for all of the building approvals to be completed and we keep you updated along the way of our progress.
At Ecozen we offer a fully integrated package from the initial 3D concept design and professional quotation stage, through the engineering design stage, through the building application process, through to the final building certification approvals of your new concrete pool, ready for our construction team to start works on site.
